The #1 Tour you should do in the Whitsundays –Whitehaven Beach [Voted #1 Beach in the Word]

Watch the VLOG:

You will be absolutely mind blown at the incredible beauty of the multi award-winning, #1 Beach in the World 2021 (Tripadvisor), Whitehaven Beach. It is just one of the many jewels of The Whitsunday islands, located in Queensland’s North, (Australia) and one not to be missed!

You will be met with crystal-clear turquoise waters and a 7km stretch of the whitest silica sand you’ll ever see, this is what has made Whitehaven beach world-famous and why it has made the top of many lists of the Worlds most beautiful beaches. Whitehaven Beach situated on Whitsunday Island which is the largest of the 74 islands in the Whitsunday group.

Activities on the island include a walk to the Lookout (approx 20mins each way), swimming, sunbaking and soaking up the beautiful beaches, or trying out the free paddleboards made available with your tour ticket by Cruise Whitsundays

How to get there…

You can depart for a Full Day or Half Day tour from Port of Airlie, Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island or from Daydream Island.

We chose to do the half day tour and found this was a great amount of time to spend on the island, enough time to swim, explore and try out some watersports.

There are stingers within the region but we found it extremely entertaining to get dressed into the stinger suits, and it was actually one of the highlights and the biggest laughs of the day….lol.
